Ezekhaya Municipal Rates & Rebate Review Services:

We offer cost saving solutions on incorrect COJ Municipal billing - historic & current.

# Process:

1) You submit your last 3 COJ Invoices and Statements as well as those with whom you have found issues with, to us at: ed@ezekhaya.co.za

Kindly provide details of the identified discrepancies, subject to the signing of a Confidentiality Agreement as well as observing the provisions of the Popi Act, as amended.

2) We will then proceed at our own cost to review your billing invoices, which may include site and infrastructure inspections to engage with COJ officials at various levels and departments to endeavour to rectify any and all billing issues, errors and incorrect rate tariffs on your behalf.

3) We provide regular feedback on the outcomes.

Once refunds have been approved by COJ and you have been refunded into your personal / Company bank account, we will audit the correctness of the refund.

# Fees due to us:

a) Billing issues identified upfront in writing by you as client in the mandate to us to conduct the Rates & Rebates Review Exercise.

*25% (excluding VAT) of the savings we achieved on your COJ Billing & refunded into your Bank Account.

This fee is payable by you  to us within 72 hours of receipt in your bank account as per an Acknowledgement of Debt signed by you or in your personal capacity as the nominated director of your company in his / her personal capacity.

Plus:

b) Same methodology as above with the exception that our fee is equivalent to 50% (excluding VAT) of all the savings refunded to you which we have identified ourselves and you did not know about or declared in detail in writing to us upfront.
